Returns for manufacturing defects.
The customer may return to Santorini Sunglasses ®, free of charge, any product that has a manufacturing defect. Taking into account the nature of the products purchased, the customer will have a period of 15 days from when he became aware of the lack of conformity of the product to notify Santorini Sunglasses ® of his lack of conformity with them. If this period is exceeded, any damages and losses will be assumed by the client.
The return of products that have manufacturing defects in them will not entail any additional cost for the customer.
To formalize the return, the customer must contact Santorini Sunglasses ® within the granted period of one month through the following form https://santorinisunglasses.com/en/contact-us indicating the product or products to be returned, attaching a photograph and a detailed relation of the defects appreciated in them.
Once Santorini Sunglasses ® has received the customer's communication, it will inform you within 3-5 business days whether or not the product is returned. In the event that the return proceeds, Santorini Sunglasses ® will indicate to the user how to collect or send the defective product to its offices / warehouses.
Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, where appropriate, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the customer does not proceed in this way, Santorini Sunglasses ® reserves the right to deny the return.
Once the product has been received and the defects verified, Santorini Sunglasses ® will give the customer the possibility of replacing the product with another of similar characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate for Santorini Sunglasses ®.
In the event that for reasons of lack of stock it is not possible to send another product with similar characteristics, the customer may choose between the refund of the amounts paid or request the shipment of another model that the customer voluntarily chooses.
The delivery of the product of identical or similar characteristics or of the new model that the customer chooses, as appropriate, will take place within the next 3-5 business days from the date on which Santorini Sunglasses ® confirmed to the user the replacement of the defective product or the shipment of the new model.
The replacement, the sending of a new model or the termination of the contract will not imply additional costs for the customer.
If the customer terminates the contract, Santorini Sunglasses ® will refund the entire amount paid to the customer for the purchase of the defective product.
Santorini Sunglasses ® informs customers that the term for the return of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method that the customer had used when buying the product:
If the client has made the payment by credit / debit card, Santorini Sunglasses ® will refund the amount paid within a period of 15 calendar days.
If the customer has made the payment through PayPal / Stripe, Santorini Sunglasses ® will refund the amount paid within 24-48 business hours.
Discontinuation.
In the event that the client is not satisfied with the products received in his order, the client, in accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers, will have a period of fifteen (15) calendar days to return the entire order Or, if you prefer, you can return any of the products that make up the total order and all this without any penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons, as long as the product is in its original packaging without any opening or manipulation.
However, the customer must bear the direct cost of returning to Santorini Sunglasses ®, whether he returns the order completely or if he decides to return only some of the products of the order.
To formalize the return, you must contact Santorini Sunglasses ® at the email address described above, communicating the reasons for withdrawal. Upon receipt of said communication, Santorini Sunglasses ® will indicate the way to send the order to its offices or warehouses.

Santorini Sunglasses ® is not responsible for the courier company that the customer hires for the return of the order. In this sense, Santorini Sunglasses ® recommends that the customer require the courier company to provide the proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product at the Santorini Sunglasses ® offices, so that the customer is aware that the product has been successfully delivered to Santorini Sunglasses ®.
Santorini Sunglasses ® is not responsible for the address where the customer sends the order for return. It should always be in our offices in the case of Europe, Latin America or the US.
The costs of returning the order (such as, for example, shipping costs through courier companies) will be borne directly by the customer.
The product must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, where appropriate, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the client does not proceed in this way or if the product has suffered any damage, the client accepts that the product may suffer a depreciation or that Santorini Sunglasses ® may be refused a return.
Once Santorini Sunglasses ® verifies that the order is in good condition, Santorini Sunglasses ® will proceed to return the entire amount paid by the customer.
If the customer decides to return the order in full, Santorini Sunglasses ® will refund the customer the full amount paid by the customer (not including shipping costs).
